Guide for Presenters
Oral Presentation
- Podium presentation takes place on 14 February 2020 from 1600-1700.
- Each speaker is allocated 8 minutes of presentation followed by 2 minutes of questions.
- The merit of each paper is judged on its originality and quality of presentation.
- Results will be announced on 14 February during the course banquet dinner.
- Speakers are encouraged to use their device for presentation to avert the possibility of technical glitch.
Poster
- Poster stands of A0 format (portrait) and stationery for mounting will be provided on site
- Poster exhibition starts from 0700hrs on 14 February 2020 and ends at 1300hrs on 15 February 2020.
- Shortlisted candidates for best poster prize will be invited to present their work to the adjudication panel between 1200-1300hrs on 14 February 2020.
- Results will be announced on 14 February during the course banquet dinner.
